John Cronin, President and CEO of the NYS-funded water and estuaries research think-tank the Beacon Institute, spoke to members and guests of the Citizens Foundation on September 24th. Mr. Cronin discussed plans for the Institute as well as innovations in water resources management. The breakfast was sponsored by Walden Federal Savings Bank.
